About our Program Quality Director

Sandra Lane, DL4, has been a dedicated member of Broadview Toastmasters club since 2010. During this journey, Sandra has served as Treasurer, President, Secretary, Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR), and Vice President of Education (VPE). On a district level, she served as the Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) Dean in 2019; was a Club Mentor in 2020; F84 Area Director in 2020 -2021; and Central F Division Director in 2021-2022. Sandra’s Toastmasters experience has provided her with various opportunities that have further developed her leadership and management skills.

On a professional level, she has traveled the world working in global program management with two major credit card companies, expanding and managing their world-wide airport lounge programs. Outside of Toastmasters and her professional career, Sandra is a wife, a mother to a son and daughter, and grandmother to identical twin boys.

Sandra's Purpose Statement

My vision as Program Quality Director is to make an impactful shift in the level of engagement in Pathways. This will in turn lead to more education awards being achieved and ultimately more distinguished clubs! Ideally, we are looking for club to have: 1) active and engaged members, 2) strong leadership that will support well planned meeting and officer/ member training, and 3) full participation in Pathways.

I believe that training and engagement are the key. Extensive training opportunities will be offered to help Toastmasters become more comfortable working in Pathways, conducting speech contests, and planning their path to DTM!

Are you ready to get on board and prepare for your personal growth and contribute to D103’s success? The TRIO and District leaders are here to help… together, let’s do it!
