Club Retention Chair: Martha Brock-Leftridge, DTM
Oversees all aspects of retaining current members. This includes Club Coach assignment and engagement; membership building activities; and initiating activities for clubs to stay in good standing.

Club Quality Chair: Cassandra Lee, DTM
Oversees the quality component of all Club Growth activities; recruits and trains mentors for new clubs chartered. An additional task undertaken by D103’s Quality Chair is to oversee all Club Growth marketing campaigns.

Club Extension Chair: Ray Willis, DTM
Oversees all aspects of starting new clubs in the district — qualifying, managing and tracking leads and opportunities to start clubs; scheduling and organizing demonstration meetings as required.

Club Ambassador Chair: Marc Maschino
Oversees the planning, governing and management of the D103 Club Ambassador Program. Communicates the benefits of participating in the Club Ambassador program.

New Clubs Specialist: Don Williams, DTM
Works very closely with the Club Extension Chair in initiating club leads, having robust conversations and converting the leads into new charter clubs.
